Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect on atxfleetos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us through the demo-request form plus standard server logs, we use it to respond to you, we don't run ads or analytics trackers, and we never sell your information.

1. Who we are

ATXfleetOS ("ATXfleetOS," "we," "us") operates this website from Romeoville, Illinois. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@atxfleetos.com.

This policy covers the atxfleetos.com marketing website. The ATXfleetOS application (accounts on app.atxfleetos.com and customer subdomains) is provided to business customers under separate written agreements with those customers, which govern the data processed in the application. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us

The only place this website asks you for information is the "Apply for a demo" form. If you submit it, we receive what you enter:

• Your name (optional)
• Company name
• Work email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Number of employees and trucks in your fleet (optional)
• The modules you're interested in and anything you write in the message field (optional)
• Whether you checked the optional box consenting to marketing calls and texts, and the date and time of your submission

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our web server keeps standard access logs — the IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps of visits — which we use for security, abuse prevention (including rate-limiting form submissions), and troubleshooting.

What we don't collect

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and embeds no third-party scripts. There is nothing to opt out of, and no third parties collect information about your activity on this site, on our behalf or otherwise.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your demo request and talk with you about ATXfleetOS — this is the reason the form exists
• To keep a record of your submission and of any consent you gave, so we can honor your choices and prove we did
• To secure and maintain the website (rate-limiting, spam and abuse prevention)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work, and only for the purposes above:

• Resend, Inc. — email delivery. When you submit the demo form, your submission is transmitted to us as an email through Resend's service.
• Hostinger — server hosting for this website.
• Google Workspace — business email hosting. Demo-request emails are delivered to and stored in our company mailbox (operated together with our affiliate, Always There Express & Logistics), which is hosted by Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order — or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ATXfleetOS or others.

5. Phone calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you personally about your demo request — that's what the number is for.

The demo form also has an optional, unchecked box. Checking it means you agree that ATXfleetOS may call and text you at the number you provided — including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages — about ATXfleetOS products and services. Checking the box is not a condition of getting a demo or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can withdraw this consent at any time and by any reasonable means: reply STOP to any text, tell us during a call, or email hello@atxfleetos.com. We honor revocations within ten business days at the latest, and usually much faster.

6. Marketing email

If we send you marketing email, every message will identify us, include our physical mailing address, and contain a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored within ten business days and do not require a login or a fee.

7. How long we keep information

• Demo-request submissions — kept as ordinary business correspondence while relevant to our sales relationship with you, and deleted on request (see Section 8), except the consent record itself.
• Consent records — kept at least four years, so we can demonstrate what you agreed to.
• Server access logs — kept for a limited period for security purposes and then rotated out automatically.

8. Your choices and requests

Email hello@atxfleetos.com from the address you used on the form and we will, at your request: tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live, and respond within 30 days in the ordinary course. If we need to verify your identity, we'll only ask for enough to match you to the record.

One exception: records of consent you gave (see Section 7) and information we're required to keep for legal or security reasons are retained for the required period even after a deletion request — we'll tell you if that applies to yours.

9. "Do Not Track" and online tracking

Because this site does not track visitors across websites or over time — no cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers — there is no tracking to disable, and the site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. No third parties collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time or across different websites through this site.

10. Children

This site is a business-to-business service directed to trucking companies. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

11. California and Nevada residents

California: the disclosures throughout this policy — what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, our Do Not Track response, and how to request changes — are provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Nevada: we do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit questions or opt-out requests to hello@atxfleetos.com.

12. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, access to submissions is limited to a small number of people at ATXfleetOS who handle demo requests and maintain the systems behind them, and the server is maintained with standard hardening practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you give us.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is material — for example, if we ever added analytics — we'll note it prominently on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means the new policy applies.
